很多的啤酒，尤其上发酵，品质不容易控制，是不是评分也是分年份的？

同意庄主的看法。有些啤酒的评分上确有注明年份。

但我留意了诸多的啤酒瓶， 德国的，比利时的，英国的， 美国的，几乎没有注明年份的。

啤酒的保鲜期远比红酒短，大多的啤酒当年即饮。 很多的啤酒不经装瓶，装罐，直接桶装， 从笼头放酒消费。

所以更喜欢chimay blue；Celebrator Dopplebock没喝过，有机会找来试一试

很漂亮的啤酒！
